Sunday morning will conclude with Tai Chi Qi Gong at sunrise, a light breakfast and camp break down.

Camping just isn't camping without some amazing foods cooked in the outdoors. And all the wonderful weekend activities will give us a super appetite!!

Included in the registration fee, we will provide Friday night supper, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner with a light send off breakfast on Sunday. Water, coffee and herbal tea will be available at all times with occasional snacks to help keep the energy up and your tummy happy. We will have vegetarian meals with protein add-on options. Not a "camper" but don't want to miss the family fun? No worries, we have 2 hotels to choose from Ruttgers Lodge is a mere 5 minutes from us, while Holiday Inn Express is about 15 minutes. Feel free to book a room, sleep in a real bed and join us for the activities! There are also camper cabins available at the state park for rental. We have reserved the Lavinia Group Camp site, which accommodates up to 50 people, 4 50-amp electric hookups for RV's (first registered, first reserved), a large tenting area and has it's own water supply.

Because this is a State Park, each car will need a "Vehicle Permit" The cost is $7.00 per day ($21.00 for total) or $35.00 for a yearly pass. This cost is not included in the weekend registration. Stone Soup Ethics (4 CEs)

The Recipe for Success = What you bring to the ethical pot

Why do we need another ethics class? In virtually every interaction and every thought, we make ethical decisions. Though it appears to happen practically automatically, what informs our ethical decisions is a complex application of personal and professional beliefs and values utilized in the assessment of the situation at hand. Written codes help us to define appropriate behavior in specific ethical situations, However, successful Stone Soup Ethics is made from the perfect mix of knowing and understanding the ‘ingredients’ necessary to ethical decision making as well how and what you contribute to the pot. This discussion based class is an unique and engaging experience.

[Re]Igniting Your Passion:

Getting and Staying Fired Up! (2 CEs)

We all have demands coming at us from all directions. How we negotiate the demands effects our effectiveness as therapists and in our lives in general. In this very interactive class we will explore what sparks our passion(s) and identify ways we can successfully maintain our fire. Learn the *5 step process for (re)igniting your passion!

Tai Chi Qi Gong at sunrise

Set the tone of your day with this gentle ancient Chinese exercise for the balancing of body, mind and breath.

Drum Circle

Remember when as kids we used to bang on our mothers pots and pans? Remember how fun that was and to us it sounded great? Drum circles are opportunities to relive those fun times with others, in a community building, non judgmental environment. The "leader" will start the circle with a particular drum beat and invite everyone else to join in, free styling in anyway you are inspired to do so. No skill or experience is necessary.

Hand clapping, sticks and buckets and dancing all encouraged! We will have a few extra instruments however, if you have a drum or other percussion instrument please bring it. No experience or particular skill necessary.

Fire Ceremomy

Traditionally, fire, the hearth, has served as the hub or center for the community or family. In this fire ceremony, we come together in communityto provide a safe opportunity for letting go and setting intentions. With the new moon on Sunday, September 9th, this will provide a great time to clear and ready ourselves for the upcoming month.

We are excited to spend the weekend with you!
