YWCA Triathlon - Sports Massage Therapists Needed
Volunteer Massage Therapists are needed to provide massage to athletes in the Massage and Wellness tent. This is a great networking event, 1400- 1700 athletes participate each year, countless volunteers and supporters attend.

Volunteer Massage Therapists needed to provide massage to Triathlete's, in the Massage and Wellness tent. This is a great networking event, 1400 - 1700 athletes participate each year, countless volunteers and supporters attend.
Massage Therapists will need to be on-site at 7:30 am. We will be hosting a 1.5 hour sports massage training before we start at 9:00 AM. We will finish with our last athletes at 12:00 PM. Massage will be performed in the Wellness Tent. Massage Therapists, regardless of experience level of Sports Massage are asked to be on site by 7:30 AM, as road closures will make it hard to get to our site. You are asked to commit to the entire time.
Massage Therapists will need to provide their own massage table and will be able to drop off on Saturday evening.
Provided for Massage Therapists: towels, water, ice, table disinfectant, hand sanitizer, as well as support staff to facilitate smooth function of the event
Massage Therapists are welcome to bring business cards and can wear their company shirt or a YWCA shirt will be provided for you, during the event. Please, dress comfortably for the weather, yet professionally. Low cut blouses, tank tops, high cut shorts will not be allowed. Tennis shoes are recommended.
